Georgia News Lab

If you’re interested in serious public service journalism, you should consider participating in The Georgia News Lab, an award-winning investigative reporting initiative. The News Lab is a partnership between four college journalism programs, along with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and WSB-TV. Students learn advanced investigative techniques and work side-by-side with professional journalists, uncovering and producing major news stories. This is a rare opportunity to work with some of the best investigative reporters in the business, and they are currently recruiting this year’s team.

  • The News Lab was recently named the Grand Prize winner of the Online News Association’s Challenge Fund for Innovation in Journalism Education. Click here for the article.
